New Year, new begnning
2013 was one pretty spectacular year for both my personal life and my career. I grew apart from some of the closest people I thought I'd ever have, and met some new people that I now can't imagine my life without. For me, it shows that we're constantly changing even when we can't see the road ahead, we need to trust that there are amazing things lined up for us.
This last year I finally stopped talking about all the things I wanted to do... and did them. I figured out self motivation, time management and prioritizing &how important each one them are. I learned that there's no better time like the present and once you start going for the what you want to have, incredible things start happening.
I had travelled to Miami, Pittsburgh, Boston, Nashville, Montreal & New York. I shot with photographers I idolized, worked with some very talented models and makeup artists and made memories and photographs that I will never ever forget. I explored some beautiful cities and met some unforgettable faces.
Overall the most important thing I learned in these past 12 months is that keeping a positive attitude is the best change you could make to yourself. Even when I was at times of devastation I kept thinking "practice what you preach" and it literally changed a few important situations around that could have ended for the worst. Stay in control.
Some of my goals & resolutions are:
-Set the bar even higher
-Continue to cutout negativity
-Travel more
-Get published nationally
-Never settle
-Appreciate the little things like morning coffee
-Make plans instead of excuses
-Use instagram as a daily photo challenge even on days I'm not feeling inspired
-Meet as many new people as I can
-Take things lightly
-Laugh more
-Reflect daily
I want to say thank you to everyone who has followed me for my whole 2013 year and before! Thank you for keeping me motivated when I needed it the most. I am setting the bar even higher for 2014 so stick with me & I hope I don't disappoint xx

This photo was a client collaboration, and a paid session "to do whatever I wanted" (I LOVE THOSE)
This lovely little model is Peanut.
This image is symbolizing being blindfolded but also in control of your life & direction, without knowing what's ahead. Taking a cloud from the sky, because you can. & doing it beautifully.
All the best in the new year to you
