So if you've been following me on Instagram for a while you know my latest obsession with lip stains and slip dresses. They're both awesome, but today I'll be giving most of my attention to the slip dress.

There's something about throwing on a loose dress that is so refreshing. -Tshirt dresses also all under this category. If I had nothing but t-shirt & slip dresses in my closet, I think I could actually make it work. The amazing thing about both is that you can also wear them to bed

lmao.

This trend!!!!! 

The Olsen's are ahead of us here and have been wearing them since the 90's. We really need to pay more attention to them... I find it's a little bit tricky to find the right length for my short little body. But if you're any height over 5'0 -You should be fine. The fix for this is heels, booties or anything with a little bit of height. I always find I look like a child with a dress on until I put on heels and am always begging people at parties to let me leave my shoes on. If you're blessed with height, all of us short people envy you and your effortless dress-wearing.

Another thing that I've been loving about these looks is pairing them with a bralette. I really cannot stress how much I love what's trending right now. Let me recap a little:

But really- bralettes are awesome. I thought because my chest was a little on the bustier side, that they'd never work for me. But was I ever wrong. I have one in every color and can't remember the last time I've worn a bra. Also- It's cute when they show??

Also a little tip for shopping for slip dresses. -Look in the pyjama section. I can't even count how many slip dresses that I have that are actual nighties. I've found good ones at LaSenza, Joe Fresh & WALMART! Skip the line up and head to the lingerie section. I would love to see your finds so tag me on IG please. Hahaha
