Food: No bake protein balls

I never EVER thought I would be the person that people ask for recipes from, but HERE WE ARE. Lol. This is 25 people. I am growing up. The last time I made these, I got so many questions about them, but I wanted to make sure I was consistent before I shared them! But seriously, this is so easy, even I can make it. What inspired this whole thing was one day at Booster Juice I randomly added two energy balls to my order and I could not get over how good they were. I went home and immediately googled the ingredients and how to make them. These ones aren’t exactly the ones at Booster Juice but they’re pretty damn close. SO GOOD.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

  • 3/4 cup Honey

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

  • 1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

  • A few splashes of Almond Milk

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir it. Lol. I use our kitchen aid because I am lazy. If you are finding they are too crumby and aren’t sticky enough to roll into a ball, add a little bit more honey, or a few splashes of Almond Milk!

Lay on a cookie sheet and stick em in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until they set! I keep mine in a Tupperware container or a ziplock bag would work too to keep them fresh and so they don’t dry out!

If any of you try these at home make sure to tag me in your stories!! I want to see!! They are somewhat healthy right ?! Hahaha
