Hi guys! Honestly I never thought I would ever be in a place to FINALLY talk about my hair growth. Lol. It has been such a struggle for me, for literally years. I could never understand it, my hair dressers could never understand it. People would always say it was probably because of my extensions, or because I would bleach it, or that it was growing. I never believed any of the above lol. My arguments were: As much as you see me with my extensions in, in photos or at events, is maybe 2 times per month. I do mainly all of my shooting in one day for Instagram & the blog. And I very rarely get ready and go anywheres Lol. I work from home every day barley brush my hair. So to think that my extensions were ruining my hair, just did not convince me. Bleaching it, of course dries your hair out, so I took 6+ month long breaks between getting my hair done for the past, almost 2 years, and still nothing. I did frequent hair treatments to make sure the moisture was locked in and that my ends were never getting too dry. I had also taken biotin for almost two years and saw zero difference.
Things that I’ve changed:
-Swapping elastics for scrunchies
-Cut back on dying my hair, a lot
-Switched my shampoo, conditioner & hair treatments
-Added a new leave-in conditioner
-tried a silk pillowcase, but I just can’t stand the feeling of it but I wish I liked it
-Added vitamins to my daily routine

I talked with one of my best friends, Robin about her hair and I couldn’t believe how much it had grown since the last time I saw her. She was the only one that had really ever suggested taking a few different vitamins. LIFE CHANGING. She gave me a list of everything she was taking, and I immediately ordered it all. I started the New Year with a fresh haircut and a mission to figure out what the heck was going on.
I had been using Olaplex shampoo, conditioner & treatments since November, but only started taking the vitamins at the beginning of January. I honestly think it’s a combination of all of the changes I made, but most importantly the vitamins.
Some of you may think that that much hair growth in three months time is normal. But let me tell you, my hair hasn’t grown that much in THREE YEARS. Really. I literally cannot believe I’ve finally figured it out. Lol I cannot WAIT to continue and see how long it gets in the next few months.
I definitely recommend taking a photo of your hair before you start so that you can really appreciate the difference after a few months. I can feel that my hair feels better, but the photos make me shocked.
Here are all of the vitamins I have been taking daily for the past three months

I hope this helps! I know everyone’s hair and bodies are different, but this is what has been working for me! I recommend talking with your hairstylist on what might be the best for your hair! Let me know if you switch to any of these things, and let me know if you find they begin to help you!! Send me photos!!
