I'm so excited to be partnering with Dyson for this post! Today I'll be introducing the Dyson CSYS task light. It is so sleek, modern and goes absolutely perfectly with all of our home decor. The Dyson task light is literally built to provide light for over 16 years. 16 years. That's incredible hahaha.  

It's really cool to play around with and to try all of it's different positions. It has a 3 axis glide motion so that you can position the light exactly where you need it. The arm moves vertically and horizontally while the base rotates 360. 

If you read my last home renovation post on the Condo Update, you'll know that we've been gradually changing all the lighting in the condo to be brighter, more spread, and most importantly, to daylight/cool toned bulbs. I chose my Dyson task lamp with daylight bulbs for 2 reasons. 1, to match the rest of the lighting in the condo. And 2, so it can now be my primary desk light for drawing and painting in my studio. I'm obsessed with having such a cool light that doubles as an office tool. Another helpful feature I'd like to add is it's dimming feature. There is nothing worse than straining your eyes in a dark room, being blinded by the most piercing light. This light has a dimmer and you just lightly touch the circle on the base to adjust and soften. Veryyyyyy nice.

I chose mine in the black with black hardware. It also comes in silver and white, but I absolutely love my black one. I was a little torn between black or white, but happy with the black since it really pops against the white room.
