Paris, mon amour x

Ahhhhhhh :) Hello!!! I can't even believe how big of a whirlwind May has been for me. Between finals, packing, moving, unpacking, working, packing again, 10 flights, 7 airports, 8 trains, 2 taxis, 7 busses, 5 trams, 10000+ metros, I made it!! I got the most amazing experience going to see my best friend Caroline who's currently living in Schenkon, Switzerland. We did not stop laughing from the moment we saw each other at the train station in Luzern (I was standing at the wrong meet spot), from my train ride back as she was running after the train in bare feet. Hahah the BEST travel companion in the world.

We started in Switzerland, made our way to Paris, France, Barcelona, Spain, then back to Switzerland. I was lucky enough to have an experience shooting with a professional model for a fashion shoot while I was here in Paris, which I will be blogging about soon! It is to dieeee for. So stay tuned for that.

Needless to say we were the two most chipper people at this train station. Good morning!!!!!!!

This was our view from the Eiffel tower. I'd be lying if I told you this is from the top. So here's the thing, we loved the idea of going to the top... Until we got to the first landing and decided that being smothered with 200 other people, we had a nice view and we were ready to go down ;)

You know when you see photos of something all the time, then there's that "Ah-ha" moment of seeing it in real life? I have a photo of Paris in my room that I stare at every day, and it was taken from this exact angle with this bridge in the left corner. That was super exciting to me;)

The Love Lock bridge. Okay so I know if Caroline was writing this she would tell you this so here it is, one of my many blonde moments of our adventure:

Lady: Hi do you guys want this lock??
Allie: Aww, thats sweet of you, but do you have one for yourself??
Lady: 2 Euro please

ahh shit .

I think it's needless to say that Paris was an absolute dream. And I believe if you work hard enough, do your best, challenge yourself every day, take chances and put out good energy, the world sees that, and gives it back to you in all kinds of ways. This was one of mine.

A complete rainbow over the Eiffel Tower during a torrential downpour. Caroline and I, the only two in sight that did not run for cover, and danced instead.

Stay tuned for a post on Barcelona xx
