Hi guyssss! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. I'm currently winding down on my favourite night of the week, in bed, with a full belly. My kinda Sunday. So if you saw my last interior post, the
. I'm a big fan of this style of lighting. It's super trendy right now and just makes spaces so evenly lit, and adds a cool factor. I recently partnered with a really really cool company called
in Chicago to build a custom chandelier in this style. It's amazing. We got to pick absolutely everything, from color, to bulbs, to style, everything. Their slogan is,
You dream it, we built it
. And they literally do.
They just added a DYO (design your own) feature for single pendants. They can have your custom design fixture out to you in 3-5 days.
3-5 days
. Most companies take 4-6 weeks to ship out something like this. See the link to this feature
.
I couldn't believe how easy they were to work with and how fast the box arrived at my door. Justin had it set up within a half an hour and we've been using them for over a week. We went with the
. The lighting is super even and soft. We had a harsh light in the kitchen before and there were always weird harsh shadows everywhere. Now the light is spread across the kitchen like a cloud. Haha it's so refreshing. We chose the white on white wire to go with the ceiling. I love how it turned out. It was so tempting to go with one of the really crazy colors that they have in the options but we all know how risky I am when it comes to color choices ....... black.... or white. White won.
If you are feeling like changing up your space, I highly suggest changing the lighting first, it's a really good first step and sets the tone for the rest of your room. As soon as the lights were up we were like, "oh this would look good here" "Let's add this" "Move that, it doesn't match" hahaha
Anyways if you feel like changing it up and working with a great company to do so, I got you a discount code to get some $$ off. (You're welcome)
